Having trouble connecting?
Wi-Fi can occasionally need a little refresh. Try these quick steps first:
1. Check your connection
Make sure Wi-Fi is switched on on your device and that you are connected to Quarterdeck.
2. Reconnect
Turn Wi-Fi off for a few seconds, then turn it back on and reconnect to Quarterdeck.
3. Forget & rejoin
Still no luck? Select Quarterdeck in your Wi-Fi settings, choose
Forget This Network, then reconnect using:
Password : Quart3rd3ck
RESTART THE MODEM
If you're still unable to connect, try restarting the modem.
The modem is located on the right hand bookshelf in the Yellow Bedroom.
Switch it off at the power, wait 30 seconds, then switch it back on.
Allow a few minutes for the internet connection to restore.
